Peer Support Platform Integration

OverviewProject Built and Confyde have an opportunity to create a simple pathway for individuals to connect directly with trained peer support when they need it.Confyde will develop a dedicated peer support environment that integrates directly with the Project Built platform, allowing users to move seamlessly from Project Built's existing support experience into a purpose-built peer support network.The integration will be presented within Project Built as:Peer Support — Powered by ConfydeSelecting this option will connect the user directly to the dedicated Confyde-powered peer support platform.

The User Experience

The experience will be designed to minimize barriers to accessing support.Unlike our traditional platform, Project Built users will not be required to create an account or log in before accessing available peer support.Users will be able to:

  • View available peer supporters and their profiles

  • Access peer supporter contact information and connect directly

  • Send a request for a selected peer supporter to contact them

Where a user chooses Send Alert, they will be prompted to provide the information required for the peer supporter to contact them.The selected peer supporter will then receive a notification advising them that someone has requested to connect.This creates a low-friction pathway from:Project Built → Peer Support → Connection

Peer Support Experience

Approved peer supporters will have secure individual accounts within the Confyde-powered platform.Their portal will allow them to:

  • Securely access their Peer Support account

  • Create and manage their peer supporter profile

  • Receive and view connection requests from Project Built users

  • Access the contact information provided by users requesting support

  • Manage and track the status of connection requests

This allows the public-facing peer support directory to remain easily accessible while protecting the administrative and peer-support functionality behind authenticated accounts.

Administration & Reporting

Authorized Project Built administrators will have access to a dedicated administrative dashboard.The dashboard will be customized for the Project Built peer support model and can provide visibility into areas such as:

  • Number of peer support connection requests

  • Peer supporter engagement

  • Usage trends over time

  • Aggregate platform utilization

  • Peer supporter management

Reporting will be designed to provide Project Built with meaningful insight into utilization of its peer support network while maintaining appropriate confidentiality for individuals seeking support.

05.

Dedicated Project Built Enviornment

The proposed integration requires a different user architecture from Confyde’s existing platform.Confyde is currently designed around authenticated users, with its peer support functionality integrated into the broader Confyde check-in experience. Under the Project Built model, users will need to access peer support as a standalone service, without creating an account or logging in.This requires a new user experience and supporting infrastructure that separates peer support from Confyde’s existing check-in and authenticated-user workflows.To support this experience, Confyde will develop a dedicated Project Built peer support environment with:

  • Account-free access for Project Built users

  • Secure peer supporter accounts, profiles, and contact information

  • Peer support connection requests and notification workflows

  • Dedicated Project Built administration, analytics, and reporting

  • Project Built branding and dedicated platform environment

This provides Project Built with an experience specifically designed around its peer support model while utilizing Confyde's existing technology, infrastructure and experience operating confidential support platforms.

06.

Investment

This proposal outlines the development of a bespoke Peer Support Component for Project Built, powered by Confyde. The platform will integrate directly with the existing Project Built experience, enabling users to easily view available peer supporters, learn more about them, and connect or request support without requiring a Confyde account.

  • Dedicated, Project Built-branded peer support platform

  • Account-free access for Project Built users

  • Peer supporter directory, profiles, and secure peer supporter portal

  • Connection request and notification functionality

  • Secure administrator dashboard with customized analytics and reporting

  • Project Built integration, configuration, testing, and production deployment

Project Timeline
8-12 weeks from project commencement, subject to timely feedback, approvals, and any requested changes to the agreed scope.

Pricing is based on the scope outlined above. Any additional functionality requested outside this scope will be quoted separately.



Ongoing Platform Fee

USD$6,000/yr

Includes continued access to the dedicated Project Built platform, hosting, maintenance, infrastructure, security updates, and ongoing technical support.The annual license is based on the anticipated initial scope and usage. Future renewal pricing may be adjusted based on platform scale and usage, including the number of participating locations, users, and peer supporters, as well as additional functionality or support requirements.
